June 2022 Bugs and Fixes

In this release, as well as new features we have fixed a number of bugs and made minor adjustments to the existing system.

 

Historic Staff In Primary Carers List
There was an issue in CC Windows where the list of primary carers who could be linked to a service user included staff who had left the service. This has been adjusted to show active staff members.

 

Exporting and Importing Multi-Form Custom Monitoring
Following a previous update there was an issue which would not allow users to either import or export Multi-Form custom monitoring types. This has been resolved.

 

Dependency Report
A report which shows Dependency ranks has some inconsistencies in its data. We have made the necessary changes in the data displayed to correct this.

 

Complaints About Service Users
There was an issue with recording a Complaint against a service user. A change has been made to how this is saved, resolving this issue.

 

Care Plan - Personal Details Printout
We have ensured that the optional fields on the Personal Details page of care plans are included in the printable version of the page.

 

Crash When Loading Payroll
We have added a message box when loading the Payroll systems when no current pay period exists.

 

Payroll Period Dropdown List
We have reversed the order of the Payroll Periods in the basic Payroll system so that current and future periods appear at the top.

 

Payroll Extra Lines
We have included staff who have left the service to the list of staff available when adding extra lines in the basic Payroll system. We have also resolved an issue with saving these entries when the Exclude field had not been amended.

 

Pay Rates Date Ordering
We have adjusted the way that pay rate changes are ordered within Manage Pay Rates as they were previously not in chronological order.

 

Ordering of Messages
Messages on CC Windows were previously ordered by date with the current date first, however the ordering of messages on each day was not correct. Now the newest message will appear at the top of the screen.

 

Deactivated Roster Templates
There was previously an issue where deactivated templates would not show in the Historic Templates folder. This has been resolved with this update.

 

Printing Roster Templates
We have included a fix for an issue with long service user addresses when printing the Roster report Full Template Rota - By Service User.

 

Creating a Rota Using Rules
There was an issue where using rules to create a new template would create the template incorrectly if your rota week began on a day other than Sunday or Monday. This has now been resolved.

 

Updated Staff Records on CC Mobile
After saving updates to a staff record, clicking the Back button would return you to the Edit Staff Record screen. This has now been resolved.

 

Inaccurate Weight Recording
We have resolved an issue where some weights recorded in stones and pounds were not saving correctly. We have adjusted the conversion calculations in this update to improve the accuracy.

 

Care Review Reference Button
On CC Pocket a General Note could not be linked to a Care Review section even though this is possible on CC Mobile. We have added this functionality to CC Pocket in this update.

 

Raising Invoices for Service Users
If you are raising an invoice for a non-residential service user in the Finance module, selecting to invoice the service user directly will use their address rather than the company’s address.

 

CSG-Locked CC Mobile
We have resolved an issue when locking CC Mobile to a CSG. We have also included a change when logging into a CSG-locked app - if the user does not have access to the CSG then they will be sent back to the PIN screen.

 

Custom Task Analysis Report
There was an issue with the Custom Task Analysis 90 Days report loading too much information. We have ensured that this is now limited to 90 days.

 

Viewing Absences Through Live Rota
Previously loading absences through the Live Rota would stop you from filtering by staff member. This has now been enabled.

 

Friends & Family Quality Survey
We have resolved an issue for Friends & Family logins which loaded the survey assigned to service users.

 

Memory Box for Friends & Family
We have fixed Memory Box for Friends & Family - this was not allowing users to add new memories if the Business Type was set to Domiciliary/Supported Living in the Roster settings.

 

Alerts Linked To Events
Previously there was an issue with Alerts appearing on Home Status/Service Status when an event was deleted that had service users linked to it. This has been resolved with this update.

 

Menu Choice Recording
We have added a new system setting which will stop staff from being able to record Menu Choice for service users if they are not being monitored for it.

 

Filtering Incidents in CC Windows
We have adjusted the way that Incident Analysis filters records, improving the ability to filter by any incident type or injury type.

 

6-Digit PINs on eMAR
We have updated the eMAR app to accept 6-digit PINs.

 

Recording Observations in CC Windows
If Observations were recorded through CC Windows it would not allow any value lower than 40 for diastolic - we have lowered this to 20 so that it matches the other applications.

 

More Detailed Messages in eMAR Corrections
We have updated the messages displayed when a Correction cannot be saved.

 

Custom Tasks and Checklists Start Immediately
Previously custom tasks and checklists would not appear on the system on their start date. We have made a change which forces them to begin on the start date (for checklists this is optional).

 

Covid-19 Checks on CC Pocket
We have corrected an issue which was causing Covid-19 check to load the wrong page when selected on Home Status.

 

Printing Historic Risk Assessments
We have added the ability to print previous versions of risk assessments.

 

Agency Overnight Shifts
We have resolved an issue which would lock out an Agency worker earlier if their shift went beyond midnight.

 

Duplicated Quality Survey
There was previously an issue with loading questions from a survey which had been copied from another survey. We have updated the code to ensure these questions work correctly.

 

Prescription End Dates
We have changed how the end date is recorded for prescriptions on eMAR - they will now end correctly on the end date recorded.

 

Prescription Offsets
We have removed the offset option from schedule creation when adding prescriptions. We have reworked how the schedules are created and generated and this new method has caused the offset to become obsolete.
