Security Update

The November 2022 release is a small release covering existing solution fixes and security updates.

For the security update, you will see a prompt when your first load up Care Control. Selecting “Update System” will do everything you need. A program is downloaded that will do the necessary changes behind the scenes, all you need is the admin password your computer.

 

Performance Improvements

This release focuses on a number of performance improvements across Care Control Windows, Mobile and Pocket. These performance improvements include-

Windows

  • An issue with recurring calendar tasks/ checklists not starting on the correct date.

  • Historic staff members Bradford factor scores calculating incorrectly.

  • An issue filtering Care Plans by CSG.

  • Payroll check in data not loading correctly.

  • Adding a home care service user and building their template through the creation screen.

  • Red Flag notifications not alerting.

  • A number of spelling corrections.

  • Deactive CSG’s showing in select list.

  • Agency shifts displaying on rota correctly.

  • How data is displayed on the report if the device has location services switched off.

  • Supervisions action templates that contain too much text previously caused an error.

  • Tasks without recurrence not displaying correctly.

  • “Your Ideas” not allowing input

  • Care Plan Integrity Check not loading through admin dashboard.

  • Printing health issues displaying incorrect review dates.

 

Mobile

  • Accessing business mobile with a 6 digit pin.

  • Falls risk not scoring correctly due to mitigating factors.

  • Risk Assessment not warning if character limit had been reached.


Pocket

  • Issue displaying visits on pocket when signed in as an admin user.

  • An issue displaying offline Care Review data on Pocket.

eMar (No new version required)

  • Future leavers being removed from eMar prematurely.

Systems Versions

After this update you will need to be using CC Windows 3.55, CC Mobile 4.61 and CC Pocket 2.34.
