Increased Upper Limit for Recording Weight

We have increased the weight options available for recording across our apps. On CC Pocket and CC Mobile the weight picker has been amended to include all weights up to 350kg (

CC Windows will now allow you to record weights up to the same levels (previously capped at 300kg).

We have also amended BMI calculations following this for areas such as Waterlow recording.
