Changes to Roster

  • Roster: Deactivating Active Templates - can set a template to deactivate with an end date for the live rota, removing all shifts originating from said template beyond the end date

  • Roster: Not Required Treatment -will display shifts which are not currently required but could be needed at the bottom of the rota display. Not Required can be set through the Roster Smartboard

  • Roster: No Allocation Required will allow shifts to be set as not needing a service user/care service group allocation without showing as a rota issue. These are displayed as blue shifts on the rota.
