New Task View on Pocket

As part of the May Release we have added a new view on Pocket for the Service User Summary Screen. Please note, this screen has been switched on by default, however you can switch it back to the old view if you prefer.

New Service User Summary Screen

By default the Service User Summary Screen will now be shown in Task List order. There are two variants of this screen - one for Home Care and one for Residential / Nursing Home.

To configure which screen is shown you need to use CC Windows and access the Pocket Settings menu: -

In the example above the setting is set to Monitoring View. This is the old view for the summary screen and looks as follows for Residential / Nursing Home View: -

For Home Care service users it looks as follows: -

 

The new settings is called Task View: -

If you change your system to this setting, the service user summary is changed to the following for Residential / Nursing Home users: -

 

For Home Care service users: -

Please note, the Task View screen is the default for this release.
