Setting Alerts to only notify staff within relevant CSGs

We have included a new CSG option in a number of the Alerts available in Care Control. You can find this option when you either create or amend an Alert.

Once this option is set, if an Alert fires which is specific to a service user (an Incident is recorded or a note contains a specific word, for example) then anybody who is in the Alert’s Message Group and also in the same Care Service Group as the service user will be notified/be able to sign off the Alert (depending on other Alert settings).
