Welcome to the December release of Care Control. This release includes enhancements to key functions across our apps and database technologies. Please keep feeding back ideas for enhancements. More updates are on the horizon!

After this update you need to be using CC Windows 3.49, and CC Mobile 4.53.

Summary of the Changes and Documentation Links
The following is a list of the changes included in this release:-
Setting Alerts to only notify staff within the relevant Care Service Group
A new CSG (Care Service Group) option has been added to a number of Alerts meaning that only staff in the same CSG as the service user are notified when the Alert fires.Alerts sending to Messages
Alerts will now send to Messages if an email address is not available.CC Mobile can now be registered with a One Time Code
This update will allow staff to register CC Mobile with One Time Codes in the same way as CC Pocket.CC Mobile can be assigned a Device Name
This update will force any new installations to enter a unique Device Name.COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster recording
This update will allow staff to record COVID-19 vaccinations and following booster shots through CC WindowsCOVID-19 PCR and Lateral Flow Test recording
This update will allow staff to record COVID-19 tests and results through CC Windows.Induction Pay Rate
This update will allow changes to the Induction Rate for new staff members.New Incident Settings
This update includes two new settings related to Incidents.Expanded Live Rota Vs Contract Report in the Roster System.
We have added a new field to this report for better visibility: Average Difference.
