December 2021 Bugs and Fixes

In this release, as well as new features we have fixed a number of bugs and made minor adjustments to the existing system.

 

Adding New Service Users on CC Mobile

The was previously an issue with loading the list of Care Service Groups. This has now been resolved and the process is working properly.

 

Allocation Shift Settings

We have created a fix for issues regarding the Allocation Shifts in System Settings. Previously it was possible to change the times of one shift without updating others, causing an inconsistency with the times.

 

One Time Code Searching

This update will remove manual input into the Available Staff/Groups dropdown list in the One Time Code generation screen as this was causing some issues.

 

Payroll Grouping

This update will not allow the entering of a full-stop/period into Payroll Report Grouping names as this was causing problems with historic payroll reports.

 

Saving and Loading Complaints

We have resolved an issue in this update regarding the saving and loading of some complaints.
