Help Desk Guide – Getting Started

  1. You will receive an email from Remote PC – this is where you need to create your login details for Helpdesk. The first thing you will need to do is click on “Create Account Now!”

 

2. Once you click on the link it will take you too a new page, where you will be prompted to create your login. You can create your own password here. Click ‘Create My Account’ You will now be directed to the main dashboard.

 

3. Once on the dashboard you can download the Helpdesk Application to your computer, press the download button.

 

4. After you have created your account, you will be directed to your Helpdesk Dashboard.  After a customer has launched a remote session, their details will appear and the connect button will turn Green, you can connect to the machine by clicking on the ‘connect’ button.
