Welcome to the the first major update of 2022.

These software enhancements will help us grow and ensure the continued satisfaction of all our customers and service users.
We now have over 500 organisations using Care Control with a total of 30,000 staff members using our software to further enhance their care.
Your support is invaluable, and thank you for being apart of the Care Control Community. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Supervisions
The first of our major updates that we plan for 2022 is our Supervisions Module. Supervisions is a key tool in any well led care organisation. The English regulator, the Care Quality Commission, includes supervisions as part of their Regulated Activity.
The Welsh Inspectorate defines Supervisions as: -
“Supervision is the regular, contact between a supervisor and a social care worker in which to monitor and reflect on practice; review and prioritise work with individuals; provide guidance and support and identify areas of work that need development”
In summary this is about providing a formal process for discussion, feedback and assessment of staff. Care Control has created a framework for you to create, manage and analyse supervisions. I hope you find this tool useful.
Other Updates
We are also planning further updates in March, April and May - which will include: -

Please keep feeding back you ideas and suggestions. We record them all and they will eventually find their way into the system!
I hope you enjoy this update.
