Single Form Custom Monitoring Progress Saving

We have included an update to how Single Form Custom Monitoring works. We’ve added the ability to save progress while recording with the aim of completing recording at a later time.

In order for staff to do this, when creating the Custom Monitoring you will need to tick a new option, Allow Staff to Save Information as Draft.

We have added another option to Allow Staff to Amend any Draft. If this is checked, staff will be able to continue recording any incomplete recording, otherwise they will only be able to continue recordings they have started themselves.

When staff are recording a monitoring area which allows progress saving, they will be able to click Update Progress to save their progress.

In order to continue recording, they can select the recording from the list of drafts.
