Health Issues on Pocket

We have added support for Health Issues on Pocket. You can now Record Health Issues and Review Health Issues. To record a Health Issue you can do the following: -

You can use the Health Issue button on the Record Something screen.

As with other Care Control Systems you can enter details about the health issue: -

 

 

Within a service users care plan you can also View / Review Health Issues: -

 

As part of the review process you can also Close a Health Issue: -
