New Alert for Shifts Covered by Agency
We have included a new Alert into this update which will be triggered when an Agency record is set to cover a shift on the rota.
To create the Alert, select the Management category, Rota sub category and the Alert Detail “Alert when a shift is covered by Agency.”
This will create an new instance of the Alert when you set an Agency to cover an existing shift.
