October 2021 Bugs and Fixes

In this release, as well as new features we have fixed a number of bugs and made minor adjustments to the existing system.

Bradford Factor Report

The exportable Bradford Factor report now excludes historic staff whose date of leaving is set as more than six months prior to the current date.

Bradford Factor Calculation

We have amended the calculation to accommodate for contiguous shifts.

Single Form Monitoring Comment Builder

There was an issue previously with saving comment templates which incorporated the IF statement, specifically using the “<“ and “>” symbols. We have adjusted the procedure which saves the template to ensure the symbols are saved correctly.

Business Dashboard

An issue which was causing the Business Dashboard to crash has been resolved.

Quality Survey

We have resolved an issue with launching a Quality Survey from CC Windows which would state that CC Mobile required an update, even if you were using the most recent version.

Job Roles on Live Rota

An issue with lengthy job roles has been resolved and will no longer cause the Live Rota to crash.

Access Denied

We have amended the PIN screen for CC Windows so that the buttons will be useable again following the Access Denied (raised by entering a non-admin PIN into a strictly admin-only system).

Health Issues

We have extended support for Health Issues on CC Windows, specifically where the Health Issue is beyond the 99th Issue raised for a single service user.

Recording Absences

When recording an absence, adjusting the Start Date after selecting the Number of Days would not adjust the End Date. This has now been resolved.

Food Intake

There was previously an issue recording Food Intake from the Outstanding Tasks area of the Care Plan Summary page on CC Windows. This has now been resolved.

Staff Notes

An issue with the Notes tab in Staff Records crashing CC Windows has been resolved.

Burns and Scalds Risk Assessment

We have resolved an issue which stopped services from printing completed Burns and Scalds Risk Assessments.

Checklists on CC Mobile

We have made some changes so that checklists will no longer being available to complete on older versions of CC Mobile. This had previously caused an issue where the checklist would show as incomplete despite all tasks being completed.

Previous Day Visits

A change has been made to ensure that shifts/visits from the previous day show correctly on CC Pocket.

Annual Leave on CC Pocket

There was previously an issue with how Holiday/Annual Leave was displaying on CC Pocket which has been resolved.
