This release includes various new reports in the “Analysis & Reports” section of Care Control
Report Title: Care Plan Access
Category: Audit Report
Security Level: Top Secret
This exciting new report gives you a footprint of where staff have visited. This is a “big brother” style report that allows you to view which parts of the system they have accessed on Care Control Windows/ Mobile/ Pocket. The staff member will leave a digital footprint on every page they visit which you are now able to track through this report. The information gathered from this report includes the service user they viewed, the staff member viewing, the area of the system, DeviceID, SystemType and the Date/Time it was accessed.
Report Title: CSG Dependency Ranking
Category: Care Planning
Security Level: Top Secret
The CSG Dependency Ranking report breaks down your service users total dependency hours and separates into your Care Service Groups to give you an overview of the amount of hours required per area. It will also separate your dependency sets if you have more than one. Finally, it also breaks down day and night hours required.
Report Title: Client Dependency Ranking
Category: Care Planning
Security Level: Top Secret
Similar to the CSG Dependency Ranking report, the Client Dependency Ranking report will rank your service users by level of need.
Report Title: Detail Current Period CSG
Category: Payroll
Security Level: Payroll Managers Only
The Detail-Current Period CSG report is similar to the existing Detail- Current period report but allows you to break down further with information on which CSG the visit was assigned to. This report will be mainly useful for supported living and domiciliary businesses.
